We minimize surface sealing to only what is necessary.

We design green spaces naturally and protect them with a separate fence.

We build ecologically sustainable timber frame constructions with recyclable trapezoidal sheets. For special safety requirements, we build some modules in reinforced concrete.

Solar panels on the roofs make a sustainable contribution to local energy generation.

Joachim Rabe, formerly the Managing Director at Europe's leading drive-up storage provider, brings a wealth of experience in successfully overseeing the growth of businesses and effectively automating and digitalizing business processes.

Franz Wilkowski, previously the managing partner of an engineering firm, has extensive experience as a project and construction manager in prestigious construction companies.

Falk Tielesch, also previously with the market leader, possesses a deep understanding of customer and market requirements. With a track record as a seasoned sales and marketing expert, he brings valuable expertise to our team.
